Great for what we needed!

Needed space to stay near extended family that lives in Terrytown. Accommodated us and are two small children well. This unit was convenient and had everything we needed for a good price for the area.. Will definitely consider staying here again when visiting. .

The location was wonderful. Close to everything downtown! The property is a little dated on the outside but inside was decorated nicely and beds were comfortable. We brought our teenage daughters and a couple of their friends and it slept 6 people comfortably. Very quiet area & friendly neighbors. The owner Matt was very accommodating & his willingness to make our stay enjoyable was greatly appreciated. Would love to stay here again.

While we were a little weary of the outside of the building it was actually very nice inside. The pictures do a little more justice than is merited; this is an older property we found it somewhat dated vs. what was portrayed in the photos.

Great Location! Updated and modern space!

We thoroughly enjoyed our visit to Austin and this property in Tarrytown was convenient providing easy access to the highway 1 loop and downtown. The owner was very responsive and as his first guests we were impressed with his preparation and his suggestions to enhance our experience in the area. The parking was convenient and ample. The furnishings were new and the kitchen had everything we needed. The bedrooms were large with plenty of closet space and as advertised can easily sleep 6. Enjoy!

So so...

Good proximity to the downtown area and airport. Building complex is sketchy but once inside the unit it was comfortable. Pictures made the place look nicer and bigger than it was. Neighbors were a nightmare. Paper thin walls! You can hear every conversation in the parking lot as if they were inside the unit. Loud footsteps from upstairs, not to mention the Jerry Springer show going on next door! I realize that’s beyond your control but not the most comfortable stay.

Race weekend at COTA

The property was reviewed by some others as a nice condo but in a “sketchy” area. I found the exact opposite to be the case. The area is beautiful and convenient to downtown and all areas in Austin. The condo was extremely dated and beat up. Layers upon layers of old paint, cabinets that don’t close, worn tiles, soiled furniture. The bathroom has no window and no fan, so the room fills with shower steam quickly, and felt damp and musty. No paper towels, the cheapest Walmart towels. I was embarrassed to have selected this for our family weekend. When booking, I didn’t realize this was operated by a large national corporation. You can tell they cut corners, costs, etc. They required a signed contract outside of the VRBO app (via email). Now they are spamming me with marketing emails.
