Other Things to Note:
There is an electric car charger for use next to our Guest Parking spot. We charge $10 a day to use the charger. Please let us know if you are traveling in an electric vehicle and plan to use the EV charger and we will send a request for payment.
The unit is the basement/garden level unit of a single family home. The owners do live above.
Pets are not allowed.
There are no parties or events allowed at the house. Maximum occupancy is 4 guests. If house rules are broken we reserve the right to withhold your security deposit and/or cancel your reservation.
CHILD PROOFING: Guest understands that no special efforts have been made to “childproof” this house, and accept the risk or harm to any children/infants we allow on the property.
CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT
After confirming your booking, you'll receive a text to download our app, DACK. Using the app, you can request early check-ins and late check-outs for an additional fee. While we can't guarantee approval due to same-day check-ins and check-outs, we'll do our best to accommodate your requests when possible.
TRAVEL INSURANCE/CANCELLATIONS
We HIGHLY recommend buying travel insurance through your airline company, car rental company, or a travel insurance website. We cannot provide a refund for anything that falls outside of our cancellation policy and the dates that correspond with the policy. This includes date change requests as they are considered the same as cancellations (if the new requested check-in date is a later date than your original check-in date). We cannot provide a refund due to travel related issues or Covid, Please review your cancellation policy if you haven't already. This can be found under your reservation, directly through our listing, or through the website that you booked. The owners were very responsive any time we had a question. They were kind and helpful. Check in was extremely easy. The location was 12-15 mins from Golden, Co and 35 mins from Aurora, Co. There was a grocery store within a 5-7 min drive from the rental. The neighborhood seemed quiet. Carpets and bedding seemed a little dated and worn but overall the house felt clean and welcoming. We would definitely stay here again.
We enjoyed staying at the apartment near Regis university. We were welcomed with water, snacks, and a bottle of wine. Very nice! The living area was comfortable with plenty of seating. It was easy to cook as the kitchen had everything we needed. The washer/dryer came in handy.
The neighborhood was quiet and not too far from the highway. It was a nice area to walk around.
There is a Safeway about 10 minutes away by car and all the Denver attractions within 20 min.
We enjoyed our stay!
Great space with nice amenities. Everything was good.
Everything at the place was great. One chair at the kitchen table did break at one spot when sitting down. I can send pictures if needed.

Everything was great with the exception of the grill not working. We wanted to grill steaks but were unable to do so because the grill wouldn’t get hot.
