"Staff were nice and friendly and overall experience was very comfortable, just a few superficial problems. View was beautiful and room was very clean, nice set of essentials inside, plenty of towels and toiletries. Towels had a strange residue/feeling to them, felt like they left my skin feeling squeaky. Very disappointed that the room service option isn’t available over the weekend, website was very vague on this so weren’t aware in advance. AC in the room was very difficult to figure out, would put it on just a regular setting and wake up to a hot room. Also strange not to have a bath mat in the bathroom."

"The staff are super friendly and check-in and check-out was super easy. We did the valet parking option and it was super convenient. The location is great - with Auckland sight seeing activities within walking distance. The room was super clean and they even provided us with milk for coffee/tea! Highly recommend. "

"Fine for a 9 hour overnight stay. I got a room right off the lift lobby which made it pretty loud. Other than that, would stay again as the hotels right opposite the international terminal charge quite the premium "

"We checked in and unfortunately the first room we were given wasn’t finished. Lights hanging out of the roof mirror on the floor. Went to reception and was told we would need to wait an hour. Told the manager we needed to get ready for a function, gave us free breakfast and found a room quickly. Good work. However in the room the tracks for the drapes didn’t cover the whole window. Maybe opened a week early. Quality checks not done by the looks. Nice hotel and good location. Just need to iron out the issues"
