"The apartment was absolutely gorgeous with stunning views. The air conditioning unit was not working. We contacted the Princes Wharf team who said they would get someone to look at it. No one came despite asking a second time. It is a sunfilled apartment so the indoor temperature would have been at least 30 degrees as the outside was 27 degrees.
