"Location was great with amazing views from the bedrooms. Each floor had air conditioning adding to the comfort of the accommodation. We had no problems sleeping. If you dont mind a 20 minute or so walk, you can walk to town. Alternatively you can walk to Ponsonby Rd if you dont mind walking uphill. You are surrounded by beautiful gracious homes of yesteryear. Perfect accomodation for upto two couples, I travelled with my older sister (69 yes old), however not suitable for persons that struggle...

"The property was listed as 3 bedrooms, but 1 of the bedrooms was downstairs off the back of the garage, no windows, not great if you had children, you would not put them down there while you were on the 3rd level.The Oven switched had no writing on them so we couldn’t use it. The TV didnt work we could only get NetflixI wouldn’t stay there again."

No one came despite asking a second time. It is a sunfilled apartment so the indoor temperature would have been at least 30 degrees as the outside was 27 degrees.
