"This place could be amazing based on its location and layout, but unfortunately it needs some love and attention. The worst feature is by far the bathroom which is utilitarian at best, plus it actually doubles as the washing utility area. There are little things like screw holes in the walls and cheap hooks for hanging clothes which really detract from could be an amazing property. The kitchen is functional and I was able to whip up a decent breakfast with all the appliances available. ...

"very clean, modern townhouse type apartment. apartment is 3 floors which I didnt' realize. It was difficult to climb stairs with our suitcases (70+). Saving grace is one Bedroom behind the garage which saved the heaviest bag from the chairs. Kitchen well stocked and super coffee supplies. Once settled it was great. Didn't get to take full advantage of the neighborhood as we only stayed one night."

"A very cute little place to stay while attending spark arena, jumped on a scooter, which were always nearby, for easy travel. A car park is available under the building, which made things easier. Check out got a little muddled, needing key to get into the garage, but needing to leave it in the room, but all was sorted."

The key was in a lock box with a different No. The good thing was the bed was super comfortable and it was within walking distance of the harbor."

Apartments need an update as the sight of well worn carpet, visibly aged furnishings, paint chips and general wear and tear let down an otherwise enjoyable place to stay with a great view and an awesome location."
