"The property was listed as 3 bedrooms, but 1 of the bedrooms was downstairs off the back of the garage, no windows, not great if you had children, you would not put them down there while you were on the 3rd level.The Oven switched had no writing on them so we couldn’t use it. "It was very hot inside and the fan didn't move the air too much. Having the balcony door open was good"

"Property had visible fly droppings on cabinets, dirty shower from previous guests, and no dryer, amongst others. Agreed with host to shorten stay due to conditions. After 25+ days, still no refund for 19 unused nights. VRBO and host blame each other. Forced to file chargeback. Do not recommend."

"Was charged 150 for a hole put in the wall, which did not happen. I asked for proof and got a generic photo of a hole in a wall, no surrounding furniture to be sure it was the accommodation stayed in. Followed up a week later for more photos and the threat to go direct to bookabach and only then told they got the room wrong and hole wasnt where we stayed. Still awaiting the refund of my money. "
