"The hotel itself was not bad. Parking was $49/night which was annoying. On our first morning, we discovered ants in our bathroom. We didn’t think much of it and got rid of them the best we could. After we arrived back to our room after a long day of walking with our two young children, we showered and we getting in bed. I discovered an ant crawl on my son and got it off him. I think saw an ant in my bed and I had had enough. I called the front desk and the gentleman was apologetic and asked us to pack our belongings and go to the front desk and we would be issued a new room. Approximately 10 minutes later, after packing our things and getting the kids out of bed, we received another call to our room. A woman said there were no more rooms available. She said she would send up an engineer. I was not comfortable with this and proceeded to the lobby. Upon our arrival she immediately gave us an attitude. She asked us to have a seat in the lobby and told us again that there no rooms available. I began to look for another local hotel to stay at in the meantime. Once I found an acceptable hotel, I went back to the desk and asked if we could be refunded since we were displaced. Suddenly, there was another room available. We were moved and had no further issues. All of the other workers were very kind, but this particular employee was very disrespectful. "

"They said it’s a smoke free hotel but literally everyone was smoking everywhere outside the rooms and in the parking lot they said they would charge $50 for a towel that had a small stain witch made no sense because the towels were very cheep and small towels wasn’t worth $50 even if they were brand new blankets had stains on them the room had a cigarette smell that was so nasty and my husband and I don’t smoke that was the worse part of the stay was the smoke smell everywhere "

"Hotel was nice and clean. Plenty of parking in the back. Breakfast was abit lacking but free. "

"I stayed in one of the rooms that had a river view. The view was truly amazing since the glass was the entire back wall of the room (top to bottom; side to side). "

"Continent location, only issue was upon arrival no valet service available and parking was full and took over an hour to find parking 4 miles away. "

"Great location and spacious room. The fold out coach bed was not very comfortable but they never are. Easy walking distance to good restaurants. "

"From the time we arrived, we felt so welcomed and comfortable. The hotel was clean and orderly. The staff was wonderful, responded timely and accepting of any request. We will gladly stay again. "
