"Great rooms and beautiful facility. Poor cell service was the only problem. We were there with a group and had trouble reaching people if they were back at the hotel. Otherwise, great spot, amazing location for Old Town and wonderful and friendly staff at the front desk."

"This hotel was in an excellent location for walking around King Street and nearby areas. It was our 30th anniversary and the staff added bonuses for that! The bed was very comfortable. No coffee maker but in the lobby was fresh coffee every morning and you could bring a cup up to the room. We enjoyed our stay very much! "

"We went for the ice show and it didn’t disappoint. We usually go to Gaylord National in the summer but this year wanted to experience ICE Polar Express. The front desk staff was very accommodating as we initially had a room on the back end of the hotel because Atrium rooms weren’t available at the time of booking. We were able to transfer to an Atrium room on the morning of our second day. The view didn’t disappoint as usual. Next time my husband said we will see if we can book the Presidential Suite. Pricey yes, but well worth it! "

"Andre was super friendly and welcoming! We ended up booking this super last minute because of a family funeral that we had to attend, and it ended up being an awesome spot. The rental was clean and spacious and had everything we needed. The reclining sofa and chairs were so comfy. There was a ton of cool artwork throughout the inside of the house. I'm shocked that no one mentioned in previous reviews that there is a koi pond in the front yard!! If the weather hadn't been so drizzly and we were there longer, we would've loved to have utilized the outdoor space more. We had our 2 dogs with us and found the neighborhood to be great for walking them. The outside storm door and the inside door each had a knob lock and a deadbolt (so 4 locks total) so we felt very safe while there. We'd stay there again if we're ever back in that area!"
