Please note... I live in a family oriented neighborhood. Please be respectful of the neighbors. Unless otherwise communicated and agreed upon with the owner, please NO loud parties or events in the home or you will be asked to leave. There is also an additional $200 fee that will applied for events/parties/ gatherings to cover for damages and extra cleaning fees to be sure the home stays in tip top condition.

For the safety of the cleaning team and future guests ( Due to COVID 19); Before checkout, please make sure all dishes are cleaned or placed in the dishwasher. Also, please collect all trash and place in the green trash can located on the side of the house. Respectfully, clean up after yourself! This is my home, not a Motel

Our stay was just okay

Our stay was fine. Overall, the place is clean just a little rink-a-dink. Loose floor vent covers, coat rack that is purely aesthetic because it will fall off the wall if you actually try and hang something. The water pressure is dang near non-existent. The driveway is quite precarious, shaped weird and on a super incline. I do feel like the living room chairs and the sofa in the sitting room could stand a good steam/deep cleaning, there was visible staining. We did spot roaches a few times which I also saw on a previous review so it needs to be dealt with. Communication with the host was okay. He takes a few hrs to reply so hopefully it isn't urgent. We did have privacy in the property, which is nice.

Before I booked I read reviews and saw there was a roach problem. I asked the owner if it had been taken care of, he said yes. I saw three while I was there. The furniture is so filthy I didn’t want my family to sit on it. At 9PM in a run down part of town I was out shopping for Lysol disinfectant spray, Febreeze and air freshener. The place smelled damp and old like an old basement. I found pubic hairs under the sheet in the main bedroom. So I also bought Tide so I could wash the bedding, and spray down the mattresses. It was not clean. The patio furniture in the back needs to be replaced. I took pics will post if I can. There was only a capful of the laundry detergent he said would be supplied. Two of the soap dispensers for hand soap were diluted with 30% water. I would not stay again. I now know why it’s so reasonable. I left it smelling better to the next people. Rugs need to be cleaned or pulled up. You can feel the dirt and stickiness on ur feet. He asked for a 5 star rating…but unfortunately I can not. It was a no for me:)
