We rented this property before driving from Virginia, informing the owner we'd arrive late. Arriving shortly after 1 a.m., we did a walkthrough and found the place to be dirty and not very well maintained. Messaged the owner but did not get a response until way later.Refrigerator shelves were broken, and all surfaces were coated in dust and stains There were clean but heavily stained towels. A previous guest’s loofah in the shower and fecal matter under the lids of all three toilets in the home confirmed the home was not cleaned. I had brought Lysol wipes to spot-clean, but the mess was beyond the cleaning supplies which I had brought"

"We were in town for the Monster Jam at Echo Park Speedway. This house was located very close to the venue we could have walked. The neighborhood was comfortable and quiet. The house was clean, comfortable, spacious, and had everything we needed. We will stay again if we come to Echo Park again. The host was responsive and we could even use the garage to store our car. "This basement apartment is better than described. The host is very quick to reply and always accommodating. I ended up staying an extra week because I found it so homey. When it got colder than expected, she dropped off extra blankets and an extra comforter. The layout helps create 3 or 4 separate spaces - bedroom, kitchen, and then living & dining (together). The wifi signal was strong and being able to manage my own thermostat was appreciated. The driveway is a bit tricky at night, but the blue lights that border it make backing in a little easier. The instructions were very detailed for absolutely everything. The kitchen is very well equipped with appliances, pots/pans, storage containers, and utensils. It's missing a dishwasher but handwashing wasn't a problem. There was no sound from the tenants above, so I was able to sleep great each night. I'd certainly book again when I'm in the Fayetteville area. It's 4 minutes from the nearest grocery store and pizza place. And it's 8 minutes from larger grocery stores, restaurants, etc. "

"I think it was a great place to stay at, we had our bridesmaids and groomsmen here and although we only got to use the hot tub and the inside activities it was nice to stay. Everything was really clean and they had snacks,coffee, and even an extra new toothpaste and new toothbrush incase you forgot yours. Its the extras that made it really all come together for this event. I will say we were a little worried because of the sound alert and heavy fee for it, we were hoping to be able to play some music since our guest arrived a little later and we wanted to enjoy our wedding night but decided on respecting the property rules. I would say this is not a party house more a relaxed fun type of house to stay at with family and kids instead of friends. Thank you for everything!"
