Upon arrival at the property the stay didn’t want us to exert any energy lifting bags, opening doors, not even the elevator button. Nessa, Thembela, Tatyana, Calvin and David all deserve 5 stars for their 5 star service. The building smelled amazing. The food at the bar was so tasty!! I can not say enough about the bedding. Felt like I was sleeping on a cloud! Just the right amount of soft and firmness. My only complaint is that I couldn't get a late check out because they were expecting a full house and the restaurant was closed for the day. I will definitely visit again."
