Private entrance comfy 1bd apt suite,on site parking, 50” TV with Xbox360 and games/movies,full private kitchen, full private bathroom, on site gym, Queen bed, twin day bed, large sectional couch,walk-in closet. Just 20 miles from downtown Atl,minutes from Braves Stadium (Battery Park),six flags water park,historic Marietta square,Kennesaw Mountain,life university, KSU,Cumberland mall,Wellstar Kennestone and so much more!
***NO SMOKING IN UNIT***

*This is NOT a shared apartment.

*No one will be above or below you but there is a unit next door as this is duplex (side by side) styled.

*Nice quiet neighborhood with a lot of privacy.

*Restaurants and entertainment within a few minutes drive.

*Our goal is to be a clean, comfortable, and safe place to stay within a reasonable budget. Our full nightly rate is comparable to many of the other local units cleaning fee alone. If this overall description sounds like what you're searching for we’d love to host you!
Guest access
Guest have access to gym upon prior request and completion of liability waiver. Gym is on same property but is separate from the unit. Please keep in mind that the Gym is shared therefore guest are required to specify time slot for access.
Other things to note
The TVs are not equipped with cable but do have HD antenna for basic channels. Both living room and bedroom tvs have devices(Xbox/Roku) set up for Netflix/Hulu/YouTube etc

As stated in the house rules there is no smoking allowed in the unit. If you wish to smoke you can do so in your car or outside in the parking area. Any guest who smokes in the house will be asked to leave immediately without refund and face additional penalties up to $500.
