"Great stay close to the airport for an early morning flight."

"Showed up at 3:15 to check in and was told to go away and come back in 30 minutes. Not a good first impression. The water pressure in the shower was non existent. The toilet ran the entire time we were there. The pool was out of commission for most of the time we were there once due to it being fouled and the next day there was a power outage for the entire day!.. not the hotels fault but they did nothing to compensate their guests at all.. a meal voucher or something would have been appreciated. This was also the noisiest hotel I have ever stayed in their quiet hours are not enforced by staff at all. I won’t book here again. "

"Initially had an issue with my first room being too noisy and no hot water. Staff immediately changed me to another wing and all was well. There were issues as well with noisy guests that the staff addressed right away. Room was quite large. Everything was very clean. Restaurant in hotel only open till 2:00 in the afternoon but there’s a sports bar there as well where you can order food till late. I ate at both places and the food is very good with excellent service. Lovely Sunday brunch which was a nice surprise. "

"The staff are amazing and I felt very welcomed and safe I travel a lot in an around the Winnipeg Airport hotels and this one I would say overall is a 3 1/2 because it’s starting to show it’s where and the beds are not as comfortable as a Hilton, but the staff were very friendly We had a king suite which had plenty of room The staff were very accommodating of our extra request for additional bedding and towels The continental breakfast was your essentials with the eggs, actually decent and normal tasting hot sausage and potatoes with a couple of choices of cereal, breads, yogurt, and waffle station The pool is a bit smaller and the slide not as tall as we were expecting, but the kids had fun and the gym is basic The only odd part was the lounge/VLT area for people coming in going that weren’t necessarily staying at the hotel The location was very convenient off of berry near Wellington "

"Hot tub was broken so was the hot tub at the sister hotel that I was told I could use"

"Our plane was delayed and we didn’t arrive in Winnipeg until 3AM a quick call to the front desk and a very nice friendly driver showed up in 10 minutes in a warm shuttle. He dropped us off at the hotel. The front desk clerk was equally as friendly. We were in our room before 3:30 We could not ask for any better service "
