Quiet in spite of being on SH1. Modern and spacious. No one present in office to check in but phone contact available. Very hot weather but aircon worked well to give good nights sleep. Adjacent to liquor store and sports bar but there was no noise or hassle from clientele . Recommended.

Great restaurant with excellent staff, friendly cat guarding the motel. Motel was a great basic motel with good appliances and bed. Clean and tidy.

Loved staying at this property, staff were wonderful, property was clean, tidy and very warm and comfortable. Loved the friendly onsite cat saying hello. Will definitely stay here again and would highly recommended to friends and family

Back off the road so very quiet. This is a new complex and the room was massive for two people. Comfortable bed sofas and had everything we needed plus parking at the door

Good overnight stop on our way to Christchurch.
We have stayed here before and always enjoyed it .Great to get good bar meals . Very obliging staff .It pays to pre book We have missed out on a unit when we didn’t do this .

Comfortable Rooms well laid out, bad wifi
Great little motel with lovely clean rooms. The only draw back was the loud fridge noise in the night and the wifi which was terrible. Otherwise despite the proximity of the pub, the room was very quiet.

Amazing shower, the rooms were really good the best we have been in for quite a while, the bed was really good. It was a really quiet spot you could also walk to the pub for tea and a drink a nice end to the day We will be staying there again

One of the best motels I jave been to in a very long time. Appreciated the electrical blankets on a cold night. Great amenities. Will be choosing this place if I ever need to stay around Ashburton again.
