"The check in was terrible. The absolute definition of not to be customer oriented right from the get go. The person at the reception was rude and was very argumentative about the check in time after I proofed her wrong and she diverted to impose to sign the reservation……horrible bad! The next surprise was that we had to get our luggage back in to the car and had to drive to an offsite location/biopsy not as advertised. We had to go 2 floors up to enter the two rooms we booked. "Heerlijk hotel in hartje winterberg. Ontzettend fijne wellness, mooie grote schone hotelkamers met goede bedden en ruime badkamer met regendouches. Om de hoek van winkeltjes en restaurantjes, alles prima!"

"Sehr freundliches Personal. Zimmer sehr sauber, Betten hervorragend habe selten so gut geschlafen. Das Hallenbad sehr sauber, Wasser war sehr erfrischend und hatte die richtige Temperatur zum Schwimmen. Umgebungstemperatur war mir persönlich etwas zu warm. Frühstück war reichhaltig und hat keinen meiner Wünsche offen gelassen. Jederzeit übernachte ich hier gerne wieder, wenn ich in Waldeck bin. Kleiner negativ Punkt der Teppich im Flur ist schon in die Jahre gekommen und benötigt ein refresh....
