"Conveniently positioned opposite the Cathedral. Limited parking behind the pub. But on-road parking outside the pub itself. Nicely decorated rooms. Extremely helpful, and friendly staff. Only a short walk to facilities shops/resaurants etc (albeit uphill on the return). Good food at the pub itself. Excellent continental breakfast selection"

"Stayed here over the Festival weekend. Hanger Down House is just south of Arundel and a lovely 20 minute walk into the middle of Arundel. Alison is a lovely welcoming host. The 3 en-suite rooms are in a wing of the family home. Alison made us an amazing full English breakfast every morning in the guest only private breakfast room. Our room was on the ground floor with 3 large windows, this was a very spacious double with a dressing table, leather sofa, fridge with tea making facilities & tv. The en suite was a good size with a lovely walk in double shower, Alison provides toiletries too. The accommodation is on a very quiet country road with a large garden with table/chairs to sit and watch the sun go down with a glass or two of wine! Would 100% stay here again and recommend to family & friends. Thanks Alison for a lovely stay. "
