"Located on the Bealey riverbank, Arthur's Pass area in the South Is, NZ and all it's beauty. Staff at the hotel were welcoming and the cabin accommodation of excellent quality. The only drawback was a hot shower the heating system is run by a generator. Recommended."

"A well aged puzzle piece bach, in NZ forest, tucked down a dead end road. Surprising amount of traffic on the road during our stay. Neighbours were quite noisy also but the bach had everything we needed. Hot water for a shower was a bonus. The old Shacklock range is prone to smoking out the bach but I think we figured it out after a few days. Reliable cell service is back at the Orwell Creek Road turnoff, for those wondering. For a last minute booking, it worked out well and appreciate the good communication from Brent. Review by ‘All Others’."

"This well-equipped chalet provides a comfortable base from which to explore this area. Comfortable beds and good heating options for keeping warm and toasty. Lots of walks nearby and options to eat out. Enjoyed train watching too."
