Beautiful scenery, staff were lovely and attentive. Really enjoyed the privacy that you get in and around accommodation. Additionally it had extra features that made the stay more comfortable.
Beautiful view in a lovely location and one of the most comfy beds I’ve ever slept in.

Loved the location and all the amenities of the cabin! Great view on balcony! Nice dinner in the main building.
Room was spacious. Staff was pleasant & efficient. Views from room were spectacular.
Room would have been better if it had a small two burner electric range top, a microwave and toaster.
Was further out from Arthur’s Pass town than I thought but was lovely and quiet. Villa was well equipped, very clean and spacious. View was serene.
We were a little surprised the restaurant was not serving food between 3 and 5 due to a prior booking, especially as we could not book in until after 3, but we fortunately had snacks with us. Spa is only available if booking villa 1.
A very comfortable hotel about 12 kms away from Arthur’s Pass
The studio rooms are small but the view is good
The restaurant/bar is attractive and inviting
We loved our stay in the Superior Villa - the furnishings were of a high quality; the bed was amazingly comfortable and the spa pool was great. We could really sit back and relax and would recommend the property highly
The room was well appointed, clean, comfy. Lovely view out to the river. The team did a great job making us feel welcome. They even booked a table in advance for us for dinner which is a good thought so we don’t miss out if the restaurant is full. The continental breakfast was good too, they even packet the night before for us to have in our room since we were leaving early the next morning. Nothing negative to say. Great value for money. I would stay again.
Spacious rooms, great view and a reasonably priced restaurant on site. It's a bit further from the main hikes than other hotels, but that's only a matter of 10-15 minutes drive.
We were thoroughly impressed with this hotel! Friendly staff, rooms in good condition, quiet area, and would be a great place to see stars if it hadn’t been a cloudy night. Would happily stay here again.
