"The check-in process was fast. The cookie was unexpected, very tasty, and a nice touch. The hotel room was as expected, mattress was a bit too firm; loved the view from the 22nd floor. The bathroom was on the smaller side, had like a 36 inch vanity, walk-in shower, and a backlit mirror, which wasn't that bright. The shower pressure was fine and a full-size cady of body wash, shampoo, and conditioner were available for use.The parking, on the other hand, in my opinion, should have been free, and not $45. The garage clearance height was like up to 5 ft 11 in and the parking spots were tight (feel for anyone with a full size truck/SUV). Luckily I was able to get the last spot available in the garage (checked in at almost 8 pm) and stayed parked there until my leave, as parking is on a first come first serve basis and also used by the public. That sucks! Breakfast at the hotel was tasty, but took way too long for someone to take our order and to cook the food. Wish I'd gone somewhere else to eat. Overall our stay was a pleasant experience."
"This is a great hotel. Still looks brand new. Bar is open and light. Italian restaurant Bosk is beautiful- we didn’t try the Chinese (Mott) but that looked even nicer.
Staff are incredibly courteous and helpful.
Room was spacious and serviced well every day. Complimentary water was a nice addition.
5 star in every sense.
