"It was a lovely stay- nice and clean.
The only (small) downfalls were:
1) The batteries in the remote control ran out after the first day but we couldn’t open the back because it needed a little screw driver! Maybe it’s an idea to keep a set there?!
2) All the windows, except one little one, had curtains/a blind, which was annoying because there was a lack of privacy when the other guests were walking past, especially when moving between the bedroom and bathroom!
3) There was no oven tray....
"My staying was wonderful. It was work related travel. After work it was nice to swim in the pool and enjoy a drink by the pool.

"If I could give less than one star, I would. We booked three nights but checked out after just one because the conditions were so bad. The room was extremely hot with no air conditioning, so we had to open the window—only to have insects come in. The bed sheets had holes, the towels smelled awful, and I found something gross under the bed that I’d rather not describe. The toilet didn’t flush properly, and worst of all, I found bed bugs and had to kill them myself. The whole place felt neglected...

"The hotel was comfortable and the staff friendly. It’s very close to the main train station if you are traveling to other cities. It’s conveniently located to the U and it’s two stops from the main tourist area. We had a beautiful view of the city. The only downside is breakfast while delicious with a wide variety of food, it is expensive. Nice rooftop bar which unfortunately we didn’t go to due to bad weather. I highly recommend. "

Superb hotel, only let down by no restaurant for the evenings, however Erni's nearby is very good for food although the owner can be hard to get on with LOL; make sure not too late getting to him pre 20:00 is advised as he shuts kitchen early. Hotel breakfast is very good and location with public transport is very good only 4 stops to main attractions."

The location, down a short street from the main train station, underground and bus connections is truly fantastic.
