"It was a lovely stay- nice and clean.
The only (small) downfalls were:
1) The batteries in the remote control ran out after the first day but we couldn’t open the back because it needed a little screw driver! Maybe it’s an idea to keep a set there?!
2) All the windows, except one little one, had curtains/a blind, which was annoying because there was a lack of privacy when the other guests were walking past, especially when moving between the bedroom and bathroom!
3) There was no oven tray....
"It was a beautiful hotel until they had no air conditioning and the bed was so old and bad to sleep we sweat all night and the front desk didn’t care at all I would never recommend this hotel we stay one day book 3 day they refuse to give us our money back when I told them the room is to hit yo sleep and no dark curtain the light wake you up "
"An excellent option if you have a rental car and use as a hub. Metro station is 15 minutes away and can use the park and ride garage, alternately you can drive into Vienna in about 30
minutes but risk hitting traffic and paying more for parking. Food at the hotel was real good. "

"The parking is expensive and the night we were there, they were hosting a huge prom or some other event that I believe could have been managed better as the groups/crowd lingered around the front door impede the traffic flow and comfort of guests spending the night there. Other than that, the hotel was lovely, clean, and very comfortable."
