"We had a great stay at the Hotel Landhaus Moserhof! The property is very charming and lovely. The staff was attentive and on top of everything. It was convenient to Vienna but also a nice place to stay on its own. The rooms were clean and pretty and the food was good. I would stay here again!"

"If I could give less than one star, I would. We booked three nights but checked out after just one because the conditions were so bad. The room was extremely hot with no air conditioning, so we had to open the window—only to have insects come in. The bed sheets had holes, the towels smelled awful, and I found something gross under the bed that I’d rather not describe. The toilet didn’t flush properly, and worst of all, I found bed bugs and had to kill them myself. The whole place felt neglected...
