"Very nice room, lovely hotel and breakfast was brilliant. Concierge very helpful and on site bar was great. What really stood out though was the lead / head receptionist. Following a family bereavement meaning I had to fly back to the UK, her compassion and assistance was amazing in the most challenging of times. "

"I love everything about the hotel. From check-in to check-out, everything was seamless. My late check-out request was granted and that gave myself couple hours for Boxing Days shopping. Thanks a lot, team! The bed was super comfy! Soft yet firm enough and I slept like a baby. The room was very clean, spotless huge bathroom with a big bath tub. If the room is dark for you, just slide open the bathroom devider for stronger light. The hotel design from lobby to room is very special (one main reason for my choosing the hotel in the first place). If you like something out of the norm of cookie cutter chain hotels, this is for you. Food at 2 onsite restaurants were amazing at well. Strongly recommended to try during your stay. Would definitely stay again if/when I'm back to Sydney. "
