I was not happy at all when I checked in they gave me a free upgrade which I understand but the room was small and out dated and then the problem started after that the staff was not good they all where angry All the time when u phone them to bring a saving kit and towel it took them near 2 hours to bring to the room the services was very very bad I rather go to the cheapest hotel then stay here again all my family was upset what u see the picture on hotels.com is nothing like that the lobby is old outdated and no customer services

Dear Siddiq,Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback from your visit to the Radisson Blu Hotel, Sakarya.First of all, I would like to point out that we could not offer you a room upgrade. You have reserved the last available suite room in our hotel and we have allocated this room to you. So, when you booked online, you made a reservation knowing the size of the room. Since you came to our hotel as a walk-in and made a reservation for 6 rooms, your waiting time at check-in took a long time.As the front office manager, I personally and my colluage took care of you and your family, and unfortunately I would like to state that I do not agree with the statement that the staff was angry.Of course, it is up to our guests to decide whether they like the hotel's landscaping or not, but I would like to point out that our hotel is only four years old and the landscaping and furniture are extremely new.Please accept my sincere apologies for the shortfalls you encountered as you have mentioned, and those points will be highly taken under consideration and informed to the concern department manager to seek a prompt improvement.It is always a pleasure to have you as our guest and on behalf of all the ambassadors at Radisson Blu Hotel, Sakarya , I look forward to welcoming you back.Kind Regards,

Hotel was immaculately clean . Staff friendly. My only complaint is that the restaurant is not 100 percent organised. At breakfast there were no clean tables to sit at and I had to ask a member of staff to clean one of the aprox 20 dirty tables that were available.

The hotel was great. It has a nice heated pool, a sauna, and a steam room. The rooom was very clean and comfortable. I’d recommend this hotel to everyone.

وصف الغرفة غير مطابق للحقيقة ، الغرفة لا تتسع لـ 3 اشخاص وعند مراجعة مكتب الاستقبال يقول انت اخترت الغرفة العادية . لم يتم تنظيف الغرفة بعد خروجي الساعه 1330 مع العلم بأنه تم وضع علامة التنظيف

When making a reservation, it is clearly stated on expedia that the type of bed or how many beds are available in all our rooms. When booking a stardart room, it is clearly written that there will be 1 twin or 1 large quen bed in the room. When you want to enter the standard room for 3 people, additional beds are added to the rooms. As a result, the room becomes smaller in terms of square meters. Here, the choice is left to the our guests. We also have larger rooms available and can be booked if desired. Kind Regards,

War im Rahmen 7,5/10 Das Personal ist absolut zuvorkommend sehr höflich und nett Es gibt auch Kritik: -hamam sollte die Decke mal untersucht bzw. Mal erneut werden -Sauna sollte nicht in 60 min erst betriebsbereit sein sondern in der Zeit wo es geöffnet ist auch direkt benutzbar sein Ansonsten sauber und hygienisch -Frühstück ist top 9/10 -Zimmer 8/10 die Toilette sollte schon abschließbar sein ——-außerdem sollte man die Heizung/Lüftung zur jeder Jahreszeit warm oder kalt stellen können ich kann bei 26 grad Celsius ziemlich schlecht schlafen Parkmöglichkeiten sind mehr als vorhanden Ohne Auto ist man etwas schlecht dran oder man nimmt sich halt jedesmal ein Taxi Also eine stabile 8/10 das gesamte Hotel
