"Beautifully restored hotel, large rooms with sitting area.
Be aware there is NO staff. We were there two days and didn’t see another person. Also, breakfast was NOT provided as advertised. There was a sign at the desk indicating breakfast served daily but was not.
Also, Sunday and Monday all the shops/restaurants are closed. It is a cute walkable town however."

Cozy Riverwalk Landing Cottage 6-F
10/10 Excellent
"Everything was just as described and in a great location. We enjoyed our stay and have referred other family and friends for future stays. Thank you!"
"We had a very nice four night stay. It was quiet, very clean, which is something I am always on the look out for when searching for hotels. The room did have a slight smell as if someone had been smoking in it despite the no smoking rule but it was nothing my scented travel candle could not handle. The breakfast was very good and Nate, the gentleman who handles it is on top of things. His dining room is clean and in order. A place for everything and everything in its place. Love it. He does his best to put out fresh items, it may seem like it is low but what he is doing is preparing as he needs to keep the food fresh. The hotel staff was very sweet, helpful, pleasant, frienddly. A bonus were the secured doors, felt safe."
Private lakefront home w/porch & dock--fish, relax; quiet & shady
10/10 Excellent
"I have to say this place was wonderful. My favorite thing was drinking my coffe on the deck in the morning under the trees and spanish moss listening to the birds. It was so relaxing. House very clean, basic necessities. Good parking. 2 steps in for folks with mobility issues. One step in shower and one tub. Hot water with good water pressure. 1 king room and 2 beds in another room. Great kitchen, has ice maker. Also screened in porch with table and chairs. Decent walk down stairs to a great dock looks great for fishing. Also a fire pit and grill area with pavillion. I dont think it could get much better. Thank you again for a great stay!"
"Even though the motel is older, it was clean, the water pressure was good, the ac worked well. It had a microwave and small fridge which was perfect. The owners were very nice! We were there just over night because family members were at the RV park and we visited them. The RV park was just up the road, so this motel was convenient. Also we walked to Big Boss subs and deli for our breakfast sandwiches and they were delicious. Also had their cheese steak and meatball subs for dinner and they were delicious as well. "
"I booked this hotel for my wife on her trip to see her sons and she absolutely loved it. The owners were friendly and everything was immaculate. Definitely plan to return in the future."
Happy Victorian charming 4-bedroom house in historic DeFuniak Springs
10/10 Excellent
"Words can not describe this Home and YES I SAY HOME NOT HOUSE! Plenty of room for all ages of our family from elders to small children they have thought of it all. Close to the lake where we enjoyed the 4th of July parade, fireworks and other festivities. The Beds were very comfortable. The 1800s met the 2025s loved how they tried to preserve the original home but also modern for daily living. Master shower was great with the Bluetooth speakers built it!!.We will definitely think of this place in future trips to the beautiful springs and DeFuniak Springs."
