"Hotel El Silencio is wonderful! I have stayed here 2x when visiting Costa Rica. The staff is so nice and accommodating. The property is so serene and the animals at their farm are so much fun to check out. I recommend getting up early to go help with the farm animals, it's a fun experience. The food was delicious. The hot springs, pools and thermal spas are scattered throughout the property. This place offers a beautiful setting to disconnect and take in the surrounding nature. With amazing views of Arenal Volcano, it's a must stay."

"The bathroom large, the tub filled quickly. Water pressure was good. Hot water was hot and available. Shower gel and soap provided smelled amazing. Don’t love that you can’t park next to the casita, but also that did make for nice walking grounds in the morning. Lots of beautiful trees and flowers. WiFi was not great. Kitchen was nice to have, but nothing to make food hot so??? More like a wet bar. GREAT view of the volcano, close to the local free hot springs entrance, didn’t visit the pool but looked nice and was steaming at night. Breakfast was perfect, beautiful place to start the day. Super quiet at night, the bed was incredible, comfortable and king size which is hard to find. Gets pretty slippery on the patio in the rain. We brought our pup and she approved also. Nice place overall, romantic. "
