Great location—close to town, yet peaceful with beautiful volcano views. The one-floor rooms made it very easy and convenient to get around. There are also restaurants nearby, so you don’t even need to go into town.
Beautiful property with lots of lush greenery. The sounds of the birds every morning were so soothing to hear from the porch. Arenal volcanic national park is nearby and there are so many hot springs around this hotel.
The property is so beautiful! You are right by the volcano, the view from the pool is stunning. The staff was very friendly, especially Tania who was more than helpful to us. Breakfast was delicious and had a good variety.
We loved our stay!
The room: was clean (you could smell the strong Javex like scent when you first walk in - so it was indeed disinfected) and we had the most amazing view of the volcano right outside our doorstep (room #22)!
The breakfast:
very good on both mornings with Rice & beans, scrambled eggs, pancakes etc... Fresh fruit (bananas, watermelon, pineapple and papaya) Coffee was accompanied with the option of steamed regular milk, soy or almond milk. Water, tea and juices were also available.
The Pool: both were great and clean! Kids loved it. The one pool facing the volcano was warmer and closes at 6pm.
Accessible: This property seems to be well setup for anyone with a wheelchair.
the fact that you lived in Paradise looking at the famous Arenal. The location is great surrounded by many restaurants. Good eating prices are high in this area but food is very good.

It is a lovely property with very nice rooms. Our room had a beautiful view of the volcano. The property has beautiful grounds with lots of flowering plants. All staff we encountered were so friendly. The bed was very comfortable. We had a shower attachment that needed to be fixed and they did it promptly. Nice variety of food for breakfast. I would definitely stay again.
This hotel is fantastic! The staff are kind. The breakfast is excellent, featuring healthy food and a great variety that starts the day perfectly. Moreover, the entire hotel is spotlessly clean and beautifully maintained. A truly outstanding experience—highly recommend!
We enjoyed our stay and thought that the rooms were quaint and cute.
The weather, however, was cooler in La Fortuna than expected. Add in the rain and that added to the temperature feeling even colder. Because of that the rooms got pretty cool and without having any sort of heat to turn on, that made our accommodations not as comfortable as we would've liked.

AMAZING!!! Amazing view! Amazing breakfast! So clean so nice! Perfect location. Close to everything!
Loved the property! Room was spacious and clean. The view of the volcano from the property was amazing!! Breakfast was really great!! Amazing rice pinto and cheese made our day. Having microwave and small fridge would have been helpful!!
The location was clean, beautiful, and well situated towards La Fortuna and the Hot Springs. The breakfast buffet was great in terms of satiating us with traditional beans and rice, scrambled eggs, pancakes, toast, cereals, lots of fruit as well. The pools were nice and clean as where the bedrooms. My own suggestion would be to add conditioner to the menu of soap and shampoo.
Great friendly staff, location is near to two restaurants and 5 min walk to a cafe shop and tourist center. Breakfast is tasty, local food. They have a spot where you can View of the Arenal Volcano.
