There are a few different walking routes up to the Chateau but none were too strenuous (we are in our 60’s & 70’s)There’s a lovely Épicerie just 2 doors away where you can buy fresh baguettes, cheese, wine and other provisions, the staff there are extremely friendly.This was our first time in France and it was beyond our expectations."

"The location was about as good as you can hope - crazy close to the train station and conveniently located next to the canal, right outside of the touristic heart of the city.
