"We had a great time at Hotel Kristina in Imperia for the 2nd time.The staff is very nice and helpfull and the breakfast was great with cakes, croissants and fresh coffee etc. The room was clean and spacious, the bed was big (we had an oceanview room). "Room was not as described online, 2 single beds instead of a double (states online that the room sleeps 3, but nowhere for a 3rd person to sleep - lucky there was only 2 of us), smell of stale smoke as soon as you enter the room, no toilet roll provided, no towels provided, unclean room and balcony and incredibly run down, states online that parking is 5 euro per night and they expect 10 euro per night when you arrive. We are not fussy people and often sleep in hostels but this is not a 3 star ‘hotel’ - it should be a 1 star! "
