"Lovely smaller property than some of the oversized hotels around the area. Staff were always polite, smiling and helpful. Even the house keeping wasn't a bother if you didn't require any new towels or bins to be emptied that day. Pool area was exceptionally clean. The food was as to be expected, but having multiple meat and fish options aswell as the usual options was really nice. The pool side bar was often staffed and they had no problems with you stocking ion with drinks to take to your apartment just before they closed late each night. The late night reception staff were really helpful getting us a late night taxi and was often ringing the taxi firm to hurry them up for us. "First time stay at this hotel. It’s an older property and it shows. However the rooms are clean and spacious with everything you need for a weeks stay. Pool area also spacious. Staff very friendly. Location amazing for the Yumbo centre "

"This was our third stay at Club Vista Serena and we couldn't recommend this hotel enough- the apartments are so spacious and clean and amazingly comfortable, they have everything you need and the air con is one of the strongest we've had in any holiday abroad! The TV is big and very modern and links to your phone and netflix, and the kitchen is well equipped for full self catering requirements with a massive fridge and a decent size freezer too! The staff are super friendly and helpful, the restaurant on site is also very reasonably priced with nice cocktails too!"
