"Our room could have done with redecoration. Drawers in bedroom wardrobe misaligned. . Staff were very friendly and courteous. Food was good and plentiful. Toilet near bar needed more attention to replacing paper towels and shower area in departure/ luggage room needed shower gel replacing . Attention to the garden area near bar needed shower- weeds. A very happy visit and would definitely stay again."

"My general impression is that the room felt too cheap for how expensive it was. I had multiple issues which, to their credit, the staff responded to with concern. It’s the little things as they say: there was no hand soap in my room, and when I asked for it, they just said they had run out. It wasn’t until I got a bit upset that they sent me some body gel to compensate. There were also issues with the toilet (constantly running water), which led to it needing to be replaced; this took a couple of days. And the AC is locked at 18 Celsius, which means it isn’t really cooling down enough. When we mentioned this they sounded surprised, which is not believable considering that it happens in several rooms. This hotel is good for the adult things and the proximity to Yumbo, but one can do better for the price, without a doubt."
