The room was spotless,well furnished with a decent size balcony. Toiletries are provided however although there was a fridge it was not a mini bar and no bottled water was provided. Every member of staff were friendly and helpful. There are 3 separate pools plus a baby/small children pool. There are numerous sun beds available however more sun umbrellas would improve the experience and some certainly need upgrading. Breakfast was excellent,wide and varied choice. In some places the Hotel would benefit from some fresh paint such as the terrace woodwork at the restaurant,the toilets at the pool. Spa facility excellent.

Very beautiful property with great amenities and wonderful breakfast. Has breathtaking views, walking distance to shops, restaurants and beaches, and very friendly staff. The only thing is that guest services/concierge was difficult to catch to book tours - I'd suggest booking tours on your own for better selection and availability. I highly recommend this property.

As a whole the place was amazing! Staff were helpful n friendly, activities for children and a very beautiful place all round. The only thing I'd say was the dinner wasn't nice at all, breakfast was great and food by the pool restaurant at lunch was very nice but the dinner was very disappointing. I'd definitely recommend people/families to come to this resort as we really had a great time, close to Aqualand and other attractions. Location was perfect. I'd like to thank the staff that helped us along the way and Kim at the reception desk. Will definitely be back!!! Gracias!!

I had never heard of this brand/group before but decided to stay with them as they had so many properties on Gran Canaria. The hotel was fantastic, like staying in a small town rather than just one building. The staff were some of the best I’ve come across and the breakfast buffet was top notch. I’ll definitely stay with this group again in the future. The area is 10 mins taxi from playa del ingles and there is a bus stop nearby that connects you to the airport.

Stunning hotel which is spotlessly clean and the rooms are huge! The food and drinks are delicious the breakfast is the best buffet I’ve ever seen! The staff are attentive and can’t do enough for you! Just a perfect time away and I’ll definitely be back
