"This is one of the best boutique hotels I have ever stayed. The hotel is of beautiful French colonial style and in the heart of old town, very convenient to go anywhere with lots of good restaurants within walking distance. The staff is friendly and very helpful. When you check in, you literally go through a whole orientation of the hotel and neighborhood. They really treat you like royalties, the level that you don’t often even get from the five star international brands. Highly recommend this hotel. Will definitely come back and stay here. Also, highly recommend using the hotel arranged airport car service. It saves you a lot of time and hassle."

They really could not do enough for us during our stay and helped us with every little query, even setting up grab on our phones! We accidentally misread our flight time on the morning we were checking out and they swiftly helped us reschedule our taxi and make our flight on time. There are loads of wonderful restaurants around and it is the ideal location for day trips (most tours will collect you from the lobby). If you’re looking for somewhere to stay in Hanoi, this is the place!"
