"Taj welcomes in style, loved it. A little disappointed with food on the first day of stay. Maybe I was comparing with TIQRI and Taj Mahal Palace. Just didn’t get real Taj feeling at The Trees. "Overall a very nice hotel! But at the highest level it lacks certain finer things. One weird thing is its location of its two elevators. Given the expanse / layout of the structure there should have elevators on both ends. It is almost a long rectangular building. So if your room happens to be on the far end it can be a walk particularly for elderly or someone with a disability! That’s one downside of this otherwise beautiful property "

"I liked the hotel's rates and it's location which is just minutes away from the domestic terminal of Mumbai Airport. The front desk staff was excellent, and the check-in process was smooth and easy. Operations Manager Richard Serrao was super friendly and went out of his way to be helpful. The buffet breakfast was good. Overall the T24 Retro Hotel gives good value for the money."
