"There was no room left at the hotel. They simply refused to provide a stay. They did not even consider a refund and asked me to apply for a refund from Hotels.com. They, however, looked for a hotel nearby at a slightly higher price. I had to pay from my own pocket. I now request a refund and also to sanction the hotel for their unprofessional behaviour."
