"The staff were very young, kind, and genuinely attentive—overall, a wonderful hotel. We stayed in two different rooms, and it was fun that each one had a different design. The location is perfect, and the price was great too. Highly recommended.

As a base for sightseeing in Madrid, it was super convenient: easy to get to Sol, the Royal Palace, and the Prado Museum. The view from the 10th-floor terrace is also fantastic.
When we did an overnight trip to Granada, I asked if they could hold our luggage since we’d be coming back to check in again. They immediately said it was no problem, so we could travel without dragging a suitcase around—such a big help. And when we returned, they even remembered us and brought our bags out right away.
If you’re reading this review, do yourself a favor and stay here. I definitely recommend it."
"Staff were very helpful. Be aware that to avoid cleaning charges you need to clean the apartment yourself and also take out garbage. The apartment was clean but not spotless when we arrived and the bathroom shower gel and shampoo containers had not been refilled. Would be nice if they had operating instructions for the appliances in the apartment as we had some difficulty working them out. Main advantage of this place is that it is really central to the main attractions in the center of Madrid. Very easy to walk everywhere. Would therefore stay here again."
"There are a number of oddly negative reviews about this place. THEY ARE TOTALLY WRONG. Sure, the room had very minor blemishes (of no consequence). But the location has terrific taxi access, is in a very safe clean neighborhood with upscale shops, an indoor mall, VIPS (Mexican/Spanish Denny’s), Starbucks, and a cafe. The hotel breakfast (which you do pay for but it’s not expensive) is awesome. The staff is great. And if you have a family, the quad rooms allow each child to have their own bed, a huge benefit at this price point.
This is a great hotel. I would happily stay at their other locations, trust."
"If you are traveling to Madrid we will highly recommend this place. It is true European hospitality with smiles all around. Very clean, rooms are great, service is amazing, breakfast is full of options and the staff ready to help and serve. We walked everywhere from the hotel and taxi always available in front of the hotel if you need one. BTW what we learned is ride sharing and taxi costs in Spain are the same, so take the taxi.
Not to mention the price of this hotel is very reasonable compared to others. We stayed for a week "
