Pros: Convenient, clean, and affordable. I loved coming back to a clean and tidy room after a long day at the parks. House keeping was excellent! Cons: I checked in around midnight, the person that helped me check in was friendly at first but after I payed with my husbands credit card she became unnecessarily rude and stand off ish . I didn’t know I couldn’t pay with his card when he was not here (he is military and currently overseas) she did ask for my ID but I thought it was to make sure I was over 21 she did not mention it was to make sure I was using my own credit card. I guess my mistake for not knowing any better. After I paid she was rude to my friends and I. I find that incredibly inappropriate.

This place had the worst customer service I have ever received. Zully the counter clerk was rude, and yelled at me because she said I messed up making reservations through Expedia. After a lot of back and forth with Motel 6 and confirming with Expedia that it was Motel 6’s system not my error I was still met with attitude from not only Zully but her manager Jasmine. We asked for the district managers number and were told they would have to find it because Zully did not have it. The room floor was dirty, the tub was dirty, the sheets did look clean. There were only 4 flimsy pillows and were told we had to go down to the office if we wanted more. Parking was $25 a day which seems pricy but I do get it’s the area. Bright side it’s a close walk to Disney. I get that this is a motel not a hotel but I thought there was just a general standard of customer service. Be careful here, it set a really difficult tone for the start of our trip.

A decent place to stay within walking distance of Disney for a reasonable price. Used pool and hot tub one evening, which were in good condition. Front desk had a very business-like approach, nothing grandiose about it. For the budget-minded. Would stay again.

The pool was great. Walkable to Disneyland and the walk there you smell the beautiful jasmine flowers and pass the beautiful Anaheim garden walk.

Very easy to head out to Disneyland. We've stayed here 2 times now and will be staying again. The staff is always nice and helpful. Great value and convenient.

The staff was super sweet and always helpful. They made my visit feel very relaxed and calm. I will definitely be back here. It close to Disneyland and you can see the fireworks but it is a quiet place.

We had a great stay. It did the job at a great price. The walk to the Disney buses was a breeze. Only complaint was that the ice machines didn’t work. Staff were amazing and knowledgeable. Will be staying here again.

Almost perfect, but no hair dryer. 7 minutes to 7-Eleven. About a 20 minute walk to the Disney parks. There is another Motel 6 in Anaheim, so I made a mistake at first and went to the other one. If you stay at either one, you can't go wrong. When I went back to the hotel to get my luggage after the Disney parks, there was no staff for a while. There should always be someone there.

This property was suitable for the price and location. It's definitely not a 5 star hotel. However, it felt safe for our 5 day stay. It was within a 15 minute walk to Disney parks or a 6 dollar uber. Other shopping in the area is less then a 10 minute drive, and plenty of restaurants in the area. The beds are decent but the pillows are terrible. Its rather noisy because of the location. I suggest bringing earplugs if you awaken easily. You can see the fireworks from Disney from the 4th floor balcony that faces the parking lot. I would stay again. Beware if booking through 3rd party sites though. There is a $27.00 parking charge per day that is not mentioned in additional cost section.

Even if you check well before 3 in the morning, they're cool with it. Another nice stay for my business trip. If you're going to Disneyland and want to save a little cash, come here; it's very close to the parks.

Property isn’t that clean . It does have lower prices than most hotels so maybe that’s expected. However water pressure wasn’t good and my door seemed like it wasn’t securely closed kinda scary when sleeping

I forgot to take a picture of the lock on my door but it was completely busted. Stains on my pillow and sheets. They were small and faint but still. Also the room smelled like a crack house. I aired out the room a little bit and the smell did go away, but when we left and came back, the smell was back, so I’m assuming it’s because people in the other rooms are smoking and the smell is carrying through the vents. I don’t know that’s my theory… to be fair I didn’t complain about it to them because I spent like no time at all in their and I cleaned everything with my own wipes and sprays and I brought a blanket and throughly inspected the mattress which was clean and fine. Just the sheets were gross and pillow cases. They were probably clean but they should’ve been thrown away especially the ones with the stains. Anyway I know it’s a motel 6 so I guess I shouldn’t be too surprised

The room was clean, the area is quiet and convenient, close to train stations, staffs were friendly, house keepers were nice. However, two bottles of water with the labels which said if required 2nd one it would need to pay $2 for each. I drank the first one and found I was charged $2 . However, I did not mind, I am okay to pay the bottle water.

The low flow toilets and sinks are a bit annoying. The property does seem a bit dated but it was walkable and worked fine for what we needed, a place to sleep. Didn’t get a chance to take advantage of the pool or nearby shopping but maybe during my next trip.
