The hot water was out for a whole day, with no notice except a note on my door at 11pm when I got back to my room after Disney that the following day is no hot water; which turned into no water. Which turned into ANOTHER half day of no hot water - so 1.5 days of no hot water. I was patient, I asked in the end what the compensation is for lack of amenities like essential hot water to give my kid a shower - and they said because I booked with Expedia, they will take my name down. That’s it - no clue what they plan on doing with it. And at check out didn’t acknowledge it. Also, housekeeping went into my room while my do not disturb was up, my jewelry everywhere and safe unlocked because I didn’t want anyone in my room. They went in anyway, threw away my food because they assumed I was not gonna eat it? All that food wasted. I got a half comp for my food being thrown away 😮‍💨. Wild ride, no communication, and no like acknowledging the fact that they mess up. Will not return. Also, it further than it looks, just fyi for Disney goers. It’s not that close.

The rooms were spacious, nice and new. Beds were comfortable. 15 min walk to Disneyland entrance. The service was excellent. Had bottled water for us when we’re checking in which saved a trip to find water at the end of a long day at Disney. And, the valet reached out and arranged for our car ready up front right before we check out. We really liked our stay here and would definitely stay here again.

This Hilton is our GO-TO when going to Disney! The rooms are always clean, the staff is amazing and it feels like home. The restaurant has amazing food and drinks and the happy hour was unbeatable with their cheaper prices! Walking to Disney is doable and not too far, from walking out the lobby to security at Disney, it is about 10min and .5 miles. Highly recommend staying here if you are in the are, you won’t regret it!

Excellent staff, the most friendly, helpful and reliable. Clean, spacious rooms and a very convenient and tasteful bar/restaurant at the lobby. The 10 min walk to the park works as a way to debrief before going to bed. Overall, great experience!

Our family enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The walk to Disney is short! There is easy access to highway 5 for all other trips. The valet service is excellent. There are plenty of dining options outside of the hotel, the inside of the hotel offers great breakfast and a great bar! There is also a nice sitting area for movie nights and the pool area looked fun - we didn’t get to enjoy the pool because it was still 50-60 degree weather.

We liked our stay at this property. The pool was nice and the kids had fun. Parking was valet only and like $35 extra per night. Plus $50 extra if you stay valeted past check out at 11. Definitely walkable to Disney and close to Panera and McDonalds. Mini fridge was great and microwave in room too.

This hotel is further from Disneyland than I was hoping. Front desk was a bit rude on check in. We ended up leaving and booking at another hotel. Room was fine, looked clean, but there were no “extras.”

Honestly this property is a gem if you're looking for a nice hotel, nice staff, and close to disney. The beds and pillows were extremely comfortable, the lobby area had a place you could grab coffee and breakfast or snacks, and there was a bar and restaurant on the bottom level as well. The only down side is if you're facing the highway which half the hotel does you'll hear traffic all day and night. BUT west facing towards the highway, and 4th floor and above gets to see Disney fireworks and with little kids who needed to get back to the hotel before they went off this was magical and perfect. Great stay, would definitely come back.

Bumpy experience
Check in took over an hour since the hotel could not find my prepaid reservation. After I asked if they had the same room I paid for (deluxe suite) they confirmed, but on entry to the room we were put in a standard room. I called the front desk to inquire and they told me they would call me back in 5-10 mins but after an hour no one had called. I called back asked about the difference and they offered me breakfast vouchers and said I needed to follow up with hotels.com to remediate the pricing and booking issue. I was charged for the breakfast vouchers on my stay, and was denied any refund for the difference between what I paid for the upgraded room and the room I was put into. I am still trying to get a receipt as I have pending charges to my card that do not align with my stay and I have not yet been provided the difference between what I paid for and the room I got.

They already over charge for parking and after paying for my 2nd night , checking out in the morning, after 11am they are charging me another 50.00 dollars when I leave at 3pm.
