It was truly terrible. Dirty, shower hurt, it was so aggressive, no shampoo, bad pillows, it smelled. Literally the worst hotel I've ever stayed at in anaheim.

Room I was placed in seemed a bit ran down/old. Toilet seat old and round, not oval for extra room to avoid contact. Sheets were stained and not sure if it was old blood. Parking was good but had to keep getting up in the middle of the night as someone’s alarm kept going off for hours and had to check to make sure it wasn’t mine. This was around 2am

This place is basically a Motel 6. Clean rooms, but nothing fancy. Property is old and could use an upgrade or two, even if just starting with the elevators. 1 restaurant/bar with odd/limited hours.

My wife love the place and people are very helpful..
Just on Sunday Mornings my car was not making noise but the front people make me to move the car.. 20 minute after a car from tesla was the one making the noise alarm going off.. not my car room 305

As expensive as this hotel is you would think the rooms would be a little more updated or it would include breakfast or at the bare minimum free parking

Thank you for your input. I'm sorry your experience at the hotel was not optimal but we will use the information provided to us to continue to improve our guest experience.
It was about a 12 min walk to the parks. Plenty of restaurants in the area. Pool area looked so nice but it was raining when we were there so didn't get to use it. Breakfast at hotel was great! Staff was great especially Hunni who went above to make our stay comfortable. Would stay again.
I was unhappy with the shuttle options and communication regarding shuttle to Disneyland via the hotel.
We were also woken up two hours before check out time to housekeeping coming into our room not once but TWICE.

We appreciate you letting us know about the issue with housekeeping. We will share this issue with the housekeeping leaders to insure this is an isolated issue.
Clean and affordable, spacious room, quick service at the front desk, close to Disney. Only negative was the amount of noise on the coming from the freeway next to the hotel.

Door looked like it had been kicked in before as beneath the door handle the whole door was angled and on the inside you could see the door was about 1inch out. Room service was once every 2 days which was fine but when they did come they didn't empty the garbage or change the sheets, they just pulled the sheets down.

Stayed here on New Year’s Eve. Was able to park early and walk to the parks to save on parking fees. Staff was extremely friendly. Would definitely stay there again.

Everything was great aside from a few minor inconveniences. We didn’t have hot water in the shower, which is quite the bummer after a whole day at the amusement park. It would only get Luke warm. Some of the shower amenities were empty, like the conditioner.

Unfortunately our stay was less than what we expected based off reviews. Leaking shower faucet with a stripped out and broken faucet handle. The day our room was cleaned, medication was taken from a toiletry bag on the bathroom counter. The exhaust fan in the shower room did not operate. We attempted to get linen for a pull-out couch bed, in fact called a day in advance to ask that linen be left in our room. They did not have any linen available and stated they ran out of blankets. Front desk staff were kind. The experience was different than expected but we made the best of it.

Property was clean and beautiful, especially for the value! Classic architecture mixed with updated features and many amenities, from reasonable priced laundry to a gorgeous outdoor area made the trip relaxing. Staff worked with us when we had to add a night at the last minute, and were friendly and accomodating. Will recommend to friends and family!
