The place is super conveniently located. I was there for the Anaheim convention so I could easily walk to it. The Staff was very nice and helpful but the condition seemed old and a little outdated, everything worked though, and it was very clean. I would definitely stay here again if I’m going to the Convention Center.

Super easy to get to the parks from this hotel can use the shuttle from the toy story lot and the early morning security check there to skip the lines at the front gate to get in for rope drop. The room was quite nice you can tell its dated the wallpaper peeling a little and curtains were ripped but the bed was nice and comfortable and the bathroom was clean and nice. There was no musty smell or bugs at all the room was quite. There was just 2 small issues the pipes are very loud in the hotel you can hear other people flush or shower(the water noise not the people) and my key card for the room had to be fixed 3 times over a 7 day stay as it kept not working.

It was ok. Disappointing for the price and there was a room deposit which was an unnecessary cost. Room was a bit musty. The bed sheets were old and they didn’t feel clean.

As with many of the other reviews this hotel needs minor bathroom upgrades. Toilets that flush with one flush and temperature compensating shower valves. The shower never got scalding but close enough to have me ready to jump out. Okay for adults but not too cool for children. Other than that, can’t say enough about how great the staff were.

Perfect location to the convention center. Staff was great. Everything walkable. The beds however are uncomfortable and didn’t sleep well. Under padding moves around, double bed was way too small for two people!

Sliw check in. Hotel is definitely okd school and worn. They make an effort at cleaning but its just well worn. Self check out in gift shop is annoying. Asked for help but cranky man at desk ignored me so a another guest helped. Good location but im not returning.

We stayed a couple nights for a Disneyland trip. Loved everything about it- room was perfect except the lack of microwave. Staff was incredibly helpful and location could not be beat. We will be back!!

Overall the stay was great and I'd stay here again. The beds in our room were really comfortable and so were the pillows. I marked down a star because while it didn't really bother me the hotel is a little old looking and could use some updated rooms. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

This place is extremely dated. Renovation is needed ASAP. We couldnt eve open the door to the bathroom. It hit the tub before meeting osha egress standards. Good luck dressing in private. Pubic hair in the shower. Drawers filled with elmers wood glue. Lock on patio door ready to fall off. In house cantina was not open during advertised hours. Super dissapointing over all.

Upon arrival the toilet didn’t flush properly and when I asked for assistance I thought maintenance fixed it but it still didn’t flush properly- it eventually flushed whatever was stuck. Also maintenance tried to open my door in the evening due to some mixup in the assigned rooms (my room was also assigned to another couple). Front desk called to apologize mentioning there was a mixup in the name (my last name is very unique and the couple was white so not sure how one can mix that up.

Staff was very friendly and helpful, except when it came to internet problems (see below). Room was satisfactory, bed was comfortable, but overall the rooms need to be updated. Faucets were very stiff to turn, shower took several minutes to get hot water, wasting lots of water. Mini-fridge was great, but no microwave in the room is a huge problem for business travelers like me who like to reheat our leftovers in our rooms while we work. Also, the Choice Hotels website said their was a complimentary breakfast, but this hotel charged for breakfast, and it was literally the exact same breakfast that other Choice Hotels offer for free. WiFi was terrible. Non-existent most of the time and when it did work, it averaged less than 3Mbps download and less than 1Mbps upload. The "Business Office" was nothing more than a conference table and chairs. No dedicated WiFi and no ethernet ports. It was SO bad that at 11pm I had to walk 1/2 mile down to Denny's and use their WiFi to make my Midnight deadline. This is not the first time I've stayed at this hotel, but I forgot just how bad the WiFi was when I booked it. I had at least 20 friends staying at the same hotel, and they all complained about the lack of WiFi. When traveling to Anaheim Conventions in the future, I may look elsewhere for my hotel needs.

The handicap parking spaces filled up fast, the staff at the desk told me to park in the regular parking lot. There were empty spaces where valet parking was. They could have made allowances for a handicapped individual. I was parked in a valet space and was asked to move my car! Unacceptable!

As much as I don’t want to write this, it needs to be stated. The staff is great. Extremely pleasant and helpful. The lobby is very inviting. The rooms are dated (namely the bathrooms). Bad caulking, plugged drains that take forever to clear, when you turn on the faucet in the tub it goes everywhere including back along the edge and out the tub enclosure if you don’t flip it to shower fast enough. The toilet flushes partially. It gets the job done but always leaves a little paper floating. Given that this is So Cal, darker curtains for the windows would be most helpful in the event that you want to sleep past 6:30am. The hotel served it’s purpose for a quick visit to town. I feel that the chain could re-evaluate some upgrades that need to be done for this property. Based on he location and capacity that it serves, I imagine they hav not made it a priority. It would be nice to see that happen.

Excellent staff, hotel smells like vanilla. Javier the bartender in the cocktail lounge was amazing.. attentive and personable and kind!

The price for 3 nights was great! Especially considering me and my partner stayed for Wondercon weekend. The Anaheim Convention Center was a quick little 5 min walk from the hotel. There was plenty affordable food options near by and convenient stores as well. I didn’t have to drive at all because everything was close by. Area was safe and convenient. The workers were also very friendly 👍 I’d definitely stay there again.
