What a beautiful property located in the heart of Amsterdam Centrum. The room was wonderful with a gorgeous view of the canal (book the Canal View room if you can)! The staff was amazingly helpful and friendly. There was nothing to dislike about our stay; it was top-notch and allowed us to create amazing memories!

I love the decorations , the location, staff friendliness. However our room was directly above a weed cafe although it says coffee shop you need to buy weed there and all the fumes come into your room if you open the window slightly , also I think it is very expensive $500 a night for a triple room EXCLUDING breakfast . When you pay this kind of price, you expect breakfast and if the room is ready to be able to check in early or request early check in for this price. Hotel Aalders is in the museum district near the PC Hooftstraat and half price , excellent location too.

It was a wonderful stay at the hotel until the third and final night. Starting at approximately 7 o’clock at night there sounded like there was construction noises going on above our room. This went on for another two hours and when we were ready to go to bed at nine (We had to get up at 4:30 AM for an early flight) , we finally called downstairs to have the staff investigate. The staff said they would look into it. The noise stopped for about 20 minutes and then resumed intermittently past 11 o’clock. When we brought it to the staffs attention the next day, they said that there must’ve been construction going on outside the hotel, but it was definitely inside. Disappointing end to a nice stay.

This hotel is awesome. It has a very high sense of business. The lobby area is decorated nicely and very cozy. Staff members are very friendly, welcoming and always willing to help. They serve a gorgeous breakfast which is not included in the price. It's located near all the points of interest in the city and in a quiet area.Very clean and spacious rooms with a great concept of light and decoration. Staying at this hotel has exceeded all my spectations
