Nicos and his dad in adjoining property were helpful and genial hosts providing us with all the information we needed to get around etc. the resort area of varkitsa was ideal for all our needs with a good serviced beach resort compound plus a nice harbour area with restaurants in the evening. we found the food in the restaurants excellent with good prices/value to be had. we did a day trip to Athens...

"Great location just northwest of the Acropolis. Walk everywhere or take the metro from the station a couple hundred yards away. Many great restaurants and attractions nearby. Unit is really 3 bedrooms, the 4th being in the lower landing area of the stairs. Perfect for 3 couples or a family. Secure, well maintained, and stocked, washer and dryer were a big plus. Pay attention to the hot water heater breaker to ensure you have hot water in the morning. Great communication and...

"could not ask for a better location. property is also very spacious, and has unmistakable historic charm. Steps to key sites. We walked the entire stay, did not need a car. Given historical value of the property, it come with certain points to adjust to - water pressure, water heater capacity, no central AC - though each room units were adequate. Overall - amazing - but be a little open minded - it is not a modern construction. "

"Amazing character property with huge pool and lovely outdoor space. The owner Andreas met us at the ferry terminal and helped transport luggage and show us where the property was. Location was brilliant as it was only a 20 minute walk into main town with loads of lovely restaurants and shops."
