They have amazing amenities like breakfast buffet (for a small daily fee), a wonderful rooftop pool, and workout facility. The big con of the property is the location. "We stayed with our two teenagers and the family room was a bit tight, but worked for our needs. We did find a scary bug in the room once on the first morning, but nothing else the rest of the stay. The location was great and the garden area was quiet and serene. The customer service was great. "

"Greetings. The staff were all excellent and extremely willing to facilitate the visit. I was pleasant surprised by the hotel infrastructure. Great shower and internet. We had a balcony room (21) on the second floor with a view of the square and Acrópolis. Since our time in Athens was cut short due to flight cancellations, having the balcony view maximized our experience in Athens. "

"We loved the Loom! Very cool aesthetic here with a lot of thought going into the design. Wonderful customer service from front desk--friendly and helpful. Great breakfast on lovely patio. Our Garden Loft room was cool and clean. Great garden patio. A couple things would make it excellent: hooks in bathroom for towels (we had to hang ours on railing), some kind of small downlight/nightlight on stairs since you have to walk downstairs in dark to use bathroom at night. We love Kerameikos...

"Amazing hotel with superb, friendly staff, great location in the Plaka historical district - minutes away from the Acropolis, Agora, shopping, dining and pretty much anything else you might want to do in Athens. Breakfast on the beautiful rooftop deserves a special mention - amazing cornucopia of delicious Greek breads, cheeses, olives, honey on a comb, served with your choice of freshly brewed coffee and/or juice. A terrific feast for the senses! The indoor pool and sauna also deserve a special mention - super relaxing, easy to reserve. The pool is often empty, so you can enjoy it with some privacy. Spacious comfortable rooms with beautiful views (especially if you have a balcony) of the Parthenon. Just a great place to stay! "
