The Stanley
Big family room, great roof top bar and pool area - better than those in the city centre. Great breakfast. Only downside was the loud banging and maintenance work being done in the early hours / mornings. Would have been nice to have known this before arriving to see about moving rooms or changing ...

Astor Hotel Athens
The roof top terrrace is a beautiful place for breakfast and night viewing. The staff were particularly helpful. Coffee at breakfast was the only disappointment.

Even though there aren't top sights in Kynosargous, you can explore the larger area and take in top sights like Acropolis. Jump on the metro at Leoforos Vouliagmenis Station to see more of the city.
Koukaki
Visitors to Koukaki love its fascinating museums, and you can check out Acropolis Museum and Museum of the Center for the Acropolis Studies. If you want to see more in the area, you can get around town on the metro at Akropoli Station.
