We enjoy running and the path next to the beach was ideal for a run along to the coast, or through the parks and marina areas. The coastal and city tram stops are close by providing good access to the city and beach areas. Place is conveniently located to the coast, walking areas, plenty of food options, it's in the middle of residential neighborhood, and very calm. Room was clean, only recommendation is if there was a bottle of water or coffee, but other than that it was perfect. "
