L'Antico Convitto
3.0 star property
9.6 out of 10, Exceptional, (615)
"Gabrielle was amazing. We got screwed by our airline and missed all our connecting travel. We contacted the property very late and they managed to have us picked up in Salerno within the hour. Like 11:30pm from Salerno to Amalfi! This hotel is central in amalfi, so close to the ferry, bus, and all the shops. The hotel has a cute little breakfast, which is exactly what you need. Great coffee! Safe in room that works! The place is tucked away and on the 3rd floor of a building so it felt really...

"Christian was extremely helpful and responsive. The "90 steps" property was wonderful. The shower was the first, big, good water pressure, plenty of hot water shower I've had to date in Italy. The place has style, charm and it perfectly located in Amalfi. If you don't like the 90 steps then you probably won't like the Amalfi coast as every town is the land of stairs. "

Check-in was a mess, the host said someone would meet us at the dock, but no one showed. The host does not belong in customer service. I asked if we could have breakfast at 7 so we could have an early start and she told us we would have to make our own breakfast. She insisted breakfast should be at 8:30. Other hosts on the same trip had no...
