"Outstanding location with quick access to all transportation and shopping in Amalfi. Staff was the real difference as they were incredibly accommodating and attentive to our needs and requests. The front desk arrange a private golf cart tour up to Ravello that was amazing. He dropped us off to explore for the day ( with his recommendations ) and then continued to provide insights on the return trip with stops at key photo spots along the way. Super warm and welcoming hotel and staff Rooftop bar had a fantastic band one night. Just a great stay. "

"We had an unforgettable stay at Hotel Santa Caterina. The property is breathtaking, perched on a cliff with panoramic Amalfi Coast views and a private elevator leading to a serene private beach. There was a mix-up with our initial room, but the staff handled it with professionalism and quickly moved us to a beautiful Junior Suite with a stunning sea view. Service was exceptional throughout — from the concierge to the restaurant team. Breakfast on the terrace overlooking the sea was truly magical. Once settled, our stay was flawless. "Here's a polished and thoughtful version of your hotel review: --- A Wonderful Stay with Just One Small Drawback I had a lovely experience staying at this hotel. From the moment we arrived, the staff were warm, welcoming, and incredibly helpful. The receptionists were friendly and professional, and the valet team went above and beyond—especially when they helped us refuel our electric car. There were no EV charging stations nearby, so they made a special effort to ensure our car was fully charged and ready for us. That level of service truly stood out. The food at the hotel was another highlight. Every meal we had was delicious, with amazing flavors and top-notch service throughout our stay. The only drawback, and the reason I’m giving four point five stars instead of five, was the size of the room. It was quite small, and while I understand this is due to the building’s age and historic charm, it did feel a bit cramped. That said, everything else was excellent, and I would definitely return. Next time, I’ll make sure to request a larger room to make the experience even better! "
