"Staff was not welcoming and room was dirty."

"In the middle of the night, there was the most violent fighting that we have ever heard. It went on for HOURS. For any needs during your stay, they text you, and no one responded when we needed help all evening. At 3 am, we had no response, so I called the front desk, and he sounded like he was asleep. I told him that he would need security or even the police. He said I'll check into it. Needless to say, we didn't sleep at all. And FYI, the parking is 25 dollars to park overnight."

"Only 1 elevator works, no fridge in your room, only a single room of toilet paper in your bathroom/ no backup. ICE is only on the 1st floor. "

"We loved it. The rooms are very spacious, the home is beautiful, and the area was perfect. It was extremely quiet in the neighborhood after 9 p.m., which was very appreciated. The local shops and various restaurants are less than 5 minutes away. We were there for my sister to have back surgery the following morning. We only got to stay one night but I could see being very comfortable if we'd stayed a week or longer. It's convenient to the Interstates but just the right distance away to have a private, quiet stay. You can't get that in a hotel. "

"We had an amazing stay at Kathleen's VRBO property during our trip to Birmingham. The quad accommodations perfectly suited our group of 22 players and 4 coaches. The highlight was definitely the ample bathrooms; having two in each unit was a lifesaver with so many teenage boys!Kathleen was a fantastic host, promptly responding to all my questions and clearly communicating everything we needed. The property was super clean and conveniently located near all our destinations for the weekend. The large parking area at the rear meant street parking wasn't necessary, which was a great bonus.I would 100% recommend staying with Kathleen to anyone visiting the area.
