Very clean and spacious room. Properly priced and very convenient downtown. The staff was nice, the complimentary breakfast was good. Overall enjoyed our stay. Would definitely stay again when in town. Also, the bathroom was a nice size, you could actually move around with ease

This is literally the nicest hotel I have stayed in in all of Alabama. Staff was SO nice on the phone and accommodated us with no issue for early check-in, when we did check in everyone was genuinely so nice. The suite was so much nicer than it looks in pics (and it looks great in pics) me and my friend could not stop saying how amazing this property was. 10/10 5⭐️ WILL BE BACK!!! Thank you to all staff btw you all are so awesome :-)

Great location for South side with many restaurants in walking distance. Parking lot is a bit hilly so park accordingly so you can get in and out safely. Lots of spaces. Staff was very friendly and helpful! Only complaint is that the one ice machine is located on the 6th floor. Not exactly convenient. Would definitely come back!

The room was nice and in a good location. The hotel was quiet. The parking lot is small but we didn’t have any issues finding a parking spot. Ladarius at the front desk is an absolute gem! We really enjoyed our stay in Birmingham and plan to return soon.
