"Room was fantastic (clean, SPOTLESS sheets), comfortable mattress. Barely heard anything during my 3-day. Oh, but the staff! I was checked in by Ms. Lolita - great customer service! I didn't feel like a nuisance or was in a rush. Smooth check in! Only con was PARKING. First come, first serve. Be sure to ask about availability. But, Ms. Kris was so amazing helping us out with parking, made sure we followed the hotel's rules and what not. Breakfast was okay, standard food. But, very clean and maintained. Great location for food locations, too! I would definitely come back."

"Best value we have found in Birmingham near 5 points. Convenient, free parking, private entry (Birdhouse), quiet, with a professional but friendly owner. Walking distance to 5 points restaurants and very close to UAB. Lots of space in the room for the price. "

"I stay at the Hotel Indigo in Five Points often and it's always a pleasant experience. The staff is helpful, the rooms are clean and cozy, and the area has a lot to offer. The only negative from this trip was that none of the ice makers on any of the floors were working, so I had to get ice from the bar. After jumping multiple floors (the elevator automatically returns to the lobby once you exit), what should've been a quick errand turned into 15 minutes just to get ice. It didn't deter my trip though and I still enjoyed my stay, and will return!"

"Immersive experience was a great way to describe the house. Details were everywhere, from bells on the ceiling in one bedroom to prisms in the windows on the enclosed porch. the views were great. Definitely worth the 46 steps to get from the street to the house. "

My volleyball players, families, and I (the coach) all stayed here and had such a memorable experience. If you have a large group, look no further, this is a must see!
