The property is modern, clean, and well-maintained. Unfortunately, our experience was very disappointing. One of the main reasons we chose this hotel was the complimentary airport shuttle service, but no shuttle ever arrived. We tried calling the hotel for over an hour and a half with no answer, and had to called U.S customer service and they were also unable to reach anyone.
When we finally arrived, we explained the situation to the front desk manager Ms. Garcia but she showed no concern and no willingness to help or resolve the issue. Because of the delay, we lost valuable time, had to pay for an Uber, and cancel our dinner plans. While the hotel itself is new and clean, the lack of customer service from the front desk manager left us with a very negative impression.
