This is brand new construction finished 1-10-2024 everything is clean and cozy. This unit has 2 flat screen tvs .55 inch in the living room with surround sound and Bluetooth audio for music and electric fire place, And a 42 inch in the bedroom with surround sound and Bluetooth music and electric fire place . Super up to date and clean with everything you could need from work desk to coffee maker, stove, microwave and refrigerator. Has granite counter tops and travertine backsplash . Ironing board iron and hair dryer . Super nice and quiet area off hwy 64 in van buren . Just 5 min from i40 and i540 . We provide pots, pans, plates, cups, coffee, silverware and cooking utensils. We also have a video game machine as well and board games ..kick back and relax in this super clean new unit!

Sits just off the hwy. At night it is a little hard to see. Other than that, super nice place. Very clean! Even with being close to the hwy, it is extremely quiet. Host Allan was very accommodating, quick to answer all of my questions. I can’t say enough good things about our stay here. THANKS ALLAN! I will be staying here whenever I have the need to visit this area.

Alma, Arkansas / Lake Fort Smith

The stay met our needs for the most part as we were in town for meetings at Lake Fort Smith. The biggest disappointment was the quality of the mattress. Very uncomfortable mattress when the intent of using the space was for sleep.
