"Stayed in Superior room in hotel annexe. Very quiet and well furnished. Hotel interior was modern and clean. Excellent breakfast and staff very helpful. "

"Truly a gem in the city centre, from a welcoming multifunctional lobby floor to clean, spacious rooms, a firm bed and a 58” TV. Breakfast buffet covers all the bases (except perhaps for the coffee). Comes with very good (~75MB) WiFi as standard. What’s not to like ??"

"The room was clean and looked like recently renovated. Nice breakfast. Staff were very helpful and friendly. However, the aircon in the room was very poor. Tried to increase the temp to 21 deg from the preset temp of 18 deg as it was -2 outside. It never ever got to 21 deg and in fact I never saw it above 18.5 deg. The fan was extremely noisey so turned it down to minimum but then of course the aircon would not respond to the 21 deg demand."

"Room clean and fully equipped. Kettle and hot drink substances. Iron and ironing board and hairdryer. Staff friendly. Managed to sign up for scheme providing discounts based on purchases made. As usual, lovely view over folkestone harbour , with white cliff of dover in the background. Good music event on 1 of the 2 nights. "
